Delivery and Exchange

Free delivery – exchange in 7 days:

–DETECHBio’s employee will deliver to you locally in urban Hanoi at the address that you appointed.

– Orders made before 10:30 AM each day will be delivered in the same afternoon (from 13:30 to 18:10 PM). All orders after 11 AM each day will be delivered on the next day (8:00 – 18:30). Besides those delivery hours, customers can negotiate with customer support department if we can compromise.

  1. Priority delivery:

Orders will be delivered through priority delivery service. The time customer can receive orders will span from 1-3 days.

  1. Exchange/Return Method

Customers can exchange/return goods in these below case scenarios:

  1. The company will pay for the returning fee:
  2. Wrong orders: customers will return to the company, the products returning/exchanging must be in its original state: box, lid, safety seal and we will exchange the correct orders.
  3. Goods are broken, crushed due to delivery, customers can return to the delivery agency and state the rejection reason, sign to confirm and feedback to the company through: 0243 7855 746.
  4. The customers will pay for the returning fee:

Customers change their preference or type of products when DETECH has given your products to delivery agency. When receiving, customers will return the unwanted products to the company. The returning/exchanging products must be in its original state: box, lid, safety seal and we will exchange according to your need.
